Chong Ni

Chong is a Principal with Novo Tellus Capital Partners. Prior to joining Novo Tellus, Chong was a Principal at Genstar Capital, a leading U.S. private equity fund, where he invested in a broad range of sectors including Industrials, Technology, Financial Services and Healthcare. At Genstar, he served on the boards of Brook + Whittle (Industrials), Likewize (Financial Services), ConnectiveRx (Healthcare), and Telestream (Enterprise Software).

Earlier in his career, Chong worked in private equity at Gryphon Investors and Baring Private Equity Asia. Chong began his career as an investment banker at Jefferies and J.P. Morgan.

Chong holds a B.S in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
